Use the Force (and some paint) to make your own Star Wars-inspired lightsaber chopsticks. You can make Darth Vader’s, Luke Skywalker’s, Yoda’s or Mace Windu’s swords. Or design your own! Lightsaber chopsticks make great hair accessories. They will hold your buns in place during blaster practice or while escaping from a trash compactor. This craft is fast, fun and inexpensive to make.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
You can use any chopsticks you have at home. I used the bamboo kind that come with take out food and break apart. Separate the chopsticks, cut off the connecting wood and file or sand the ends smooth.
Paint the hilt of the swords silver.
Once the silver is dry, paint the chopsticks the desired color for your light saber. I recommend neon paints so your sword color shows brightly.
Use a very fine tipped paint brush or a sharpie pen to add the black accents. (Download and refer to the guide here for different hilt patterns for each color light saber.) I recommend using small brushes made for nail art to paint on small details.
Finish your chopsticks with a coat of gloss glaze.
