Turn A Dollar Store Teddy Bear into A Tibbers Plush
This Tibbers plush is the perfect accessory for a League of Legends Annie Cosplay. And the best part is that it starts with a plush toy from the dollar store. A little felt and a glue gun, and soon you will be introducing people to your friend, Tibbers!

How To Make A Tibbers Plush
MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED
a teddy bear plushie from the dollar store
white and tan felt
red button
black marker
glue gun and glue sticks
scissors
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
To prepare the bear, cut off the bow tie. Then trim off the thread that makes the smiley face. And finally cut out his left eye. Make sure that the hole is smaller than your button, so that the button will completely cover the stuffing.
To prepare the button. Take a marker and make a black X across the button holes. And hot glue the button over the left eye.
Next remove the right eye. This time, be very careful about the size of the hole. Make it as small as you can. Once the plastic eye is removed, fill the hole with hot glue and squeeze it shut.
Cut two small strips of tan felt and glue them together in an X shape. Then glue the X over the right eye.
Next create two more small tan felt X’s and hot glue them to the front of the bear’s belly.
Next we are going to work on Tibbers’ claws. From the white felt, cut 12 small triangles.
You will be putting three claws on each hand and foot. You only need to use a little glue on one edge and let the points stick up.
On the two feet, position each claw at the top of the light tan paw fur.
On the two hands, position each claw on the seam pointing out.
Then repeat the process on the other hand and foot, and your Tibbers Plush is done.
