This enchanting desk organizer is filled with sparkle and maybe a little Fairy Godmother magic and is inspired by Disney Princess Cinderella. You choose the design and add a little magic of your own to this fun DIY craft project.

DIY Disney Princess Cinderella Desk Organizer

MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED

wooden cigar box or unfinished wooden box
white acrylic paint
blue metallic paint
clear glitter paint
Cinderella scrapbook paper
painter’s tape
paint brushes
Mod Podge
Acrylic “glass” slipper
glue gun and glue sticks
scissors
something to protect your work surface

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Paint the box with white acrylic paint.

Once the white paint is completely dry, the next step is to decide on a pattern for your box. You can paint any pattern or decoration you want, so use your creativity. Use light blue metallic to paint your design.

Once the blue paint is dry, add a layer of clear sparkle paint to the box, to give it a bit of Disney Princess glitter.

The next step is to add Cinderella scrapbook paper to the box. You can use any paper, stickers, or printed out artwork that you like. Attach the paper to the box using a thin layer of  Mod Podge.

Let the Mod Podge dry completely before trimming any edges that need it and adding a final coat of Mod Podge on top.

Next, heat up your glue gun.  When you box is completely dry, the final step is to glue on the glass slipper.

Bibbity bobbity boo, your project is done!
